Welcome to My City Residence! These Terms and Conditions, House Rules, and Booking Policies (“Terms”) govern all reservations made at our serviced apartments. By making a booking, you agree to comply with these Terms to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

1.Booking Policies

1.1. Booking Confirmation

Booking confirmations are typically sent within 24 hours via email and text message.

It is essential to review your booking confirmation carefully. If any details are incorrect, please contact us immediately to make necessary corrections.

1.2. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the check-in date.


Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay.
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay.
  • Buy Now, Pay Later: Klarna, Afterpay.

1.3. Cancellation Policy

  • Full Refund: Available if cancelled more than 30 days before the check-in date.
  • Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

1.4. Modification Policy

  • Up to 30 Days Before Check-In: Modifications are allowed subject to availability.
  • Within 30 Days of Check-In: Changes may incur additional fees.

1.5. Check-In/Check-Out

  • Standard Check-In Time: 3:00 pm
  • Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 am
  • Early Check-In: £50, subject to availability.
  • Late Check-Out: 50% of the daily rate, subject to availability.

1.6. Overstay Policy

If you remain in the apartment beyond your scheduled check-out time by more than 2 hours without prior arrangement, you may be charged up to 150% of the daily rate for each additional day (full or partial) of overstay. This includes costs for relocating or compensating the next guest.

1.7. Security Deposit

Required Deposit Amounts:

  • Studio: £250
  • 1 Bed: £300
  • 2 Bed: £500
  • 3 Bed: £600
  • 4 Bed: £700
  • 7 Bed: £2,000

The security deposit will be held until 3 days after check-out and refunded, provided no damage or breaches of terms have occurred.

1.8. Additional Charges

  • Guest Bed: £65 per night
  • Service Cleaning: From £80, depending on the property.
  • Airport Transfer: From £150.
  • Baby Cots: Free, with 24-hour notice required.

2. Terms and Conditions

2.1. General Information

  • These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and My City Residence.
  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them.

2.2. Use of Property

  • The property is intended for personal or business travel accommodation only.
  • Parties or events are not permitted without prior written consent.

2.3. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must adhere to all local laws and regulations.
  • The property and its contents must be maintained in good condition. Any damages must be reported immediately to avoid additional charges.

2.4. Liability

  • My City Residence is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained on the property, except in cases of our own negligence.
  • Guests are responsible for their belongings and personal safety during their stay.

2.5. Privacy Policy

  • We collect, store, and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

2.6. Force Majeure

  • My City Residence is not liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

2.7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

3. House Rules

3.1. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in begins at 3:00 pm, and check-out is by 11:00 am.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge and subject to availability.

3.2. Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please keep noise levels to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighbours.

3.3. Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas, including balconies and terraces. A £250 fine will be applied for violations, plus additional cleaning costs.

3.4. Pet Policy

  • Pets are not permitted on the property. Violations will incur a £100 fine plus costs for cleaning and/or repairing any damage.

3.5. Safety and Security

  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and security. Adhere to fire, health, and safety regulations and report any hazards to management immediately.
  • Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

3.6. Parking Policy

  • Parking is subject to local regulations. Guests are responsible for complying with any posted signs or restrictions. My City Residence is not liable for any parking violations.

3.7. Zero Tolerance Policy

  • We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination, harassment, or violence. Violations will result in immediate removal from the property and potential legal action.

3.8. Additional Terms

  • Guests must respect all staff and other residents.
  • Solicitation or loitering around the property is not permitted.
  • Commercial photography, film, or videography is prohibited without prior written consent.
